Hourly Space 4U, LLC
Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver
Effective upon booking/utilizing and payment

 

By booking and/or using the rental space located at 4899 Highway 6, Suite #108C, Missouri City, TX 77459, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is binding upon confirmation of payment, and no physical signature is required.

1. Acknowledgment of Use

The Renter agrees to rent the above-listed premises for the agreed-upon date and time on an hourly basis. The Renter understands that use of the premises beyond the reserved period will result in additional charges at the prevailing hourly rate.

2. Assumption of Risk

The Renter acknowledges that access to and use of the space is entirely at their own risk. By entering the premises, the Renter waives, releases, and discharges Hourly Space 4U, LLC, including its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages—including but not limited to bodily injury, property loss, or death—that may arise from use of the space, regardless of cause.

3. Damage and Liability

The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the space, property, equipment, or fixtures caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. Hourly Space 4U, LLC reserves the right to assess and collect payment for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs resulting from such damage.

4. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hourly Space 4U, LLC and its affiliates against any claims, lawsuits, demands, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the Renter’s use of the space. This includes claims related to injury, property damage, or disruption caused by the Renter or their guests.

5. Rules and Regulations

The Renter agrees to adhere to all posted and communicated facility rules, including but not limited to:

• No smoking or open flames

• No illegal drugs or substances

• All guests must vacate by the end of the reserved time

• Noise must be maintained at reasonable levels

Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of access, removal from the premises, and forfeiture of all fees paid, in addition to liability for any resulting damages.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled rental time to receive a full credit toward a future booking.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

7. Acceptance

By booking and paying for rental of the space, the Renter affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. No physical signature is required for this agreement to be valid and enforceable.
